Education sector Education

Project managed the largest education scheme across 6 Secondary School sites for City Council. Providing state of the art facilities for 600+ pupils within 12 weeks and delivering on time and within budget despite changing.

Mixed Use sector Process Improvements

Relocated and worked across three regions to implement processes and share best practices, supporting the customer journey and clarifying roles and responsibilities for internal departments. This enabled the business to secure more clients and increase profitability.

Construction sector Construction

Launched and chaired a Women’s Network Committee in construction, driving initiatives that promote gender diversity and professional development. Led events, mentorship programmes and increased engagement and awareness across the organisation. Collaborating with leadership at all times to improve inclusion in a male dominated industry.

Education sector Education

Managed a major project for Nottingham university, delivering 2,408 m² of student accommodation for 104 students in 6 weeks, and an additional 2,985 m² for 256 students in 5 weeks. Successfully led a team of 100+, bringing together multiple teams, working out of region, and delivering on time and within budget, with the project shortlisted for the Construction Excellence Award for the East Midlands.
